Kitakami Implant Dental Office(Private Practice Only)
Introduction
Our clinic operates on a fully private practice basis. We do not accept Japan's public health insurance, including health insurance cards, My Number cards, or any other insurance cards.
Treatment Process
1.Examination, Medical Interview, Treatment Plan Explanation, and Cost Estimate
All patients receiving dental treatment at our clinic are required to pay an initial consultation fee of ¥8,800. Those who understand and agree with the treatment plan and cost explanation can proceed to step 2.
2.First Dental Treatment for your oral hygiene
For patients receiving treatment at our clinic for the first time, the initial session will involve procedures such as oral cleaning and tartar removal. This session will also cost ¥8,800.
3.Commencement of Main Dental Treatment
All main dental treatments at our clinic require upfront payment. Main Dental treatment will commence once the payment is completed. The payment methods are as follows:◇ Payment Methods
4.Post-Treatment Oral Maintenance for your oral hygiene after our main dental treatments
After completing dental treatment at our clinic, you will undergo regular oral hygiene maintenance procedures. These procedures will be conducted at intervals ranging from 1 to 6 months. The frequency of these procedures will be determined by our dental hygienists and explained to the patient.

〇 Bank Free Loan ... Please consult with your bank.
〇 Dental Loan ... Our clinic is affiliated with Orico Dental Loan (formerly Aeon Dental Loan).
The director of our clinic has lived in the UK and studied at a German graduate school, where they obtained a master's degree through an English thesis. Therefore, there are no issues regarding English proficiency in dental treatments. However, our dental hygienists may find it challenging to have fluent conversations in English. We believe that patients with basic Japanese language skills will feel more at ease receiving dental treatment.
